- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults in motorcycles.
- Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs as per manufacturer guidelines.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) and safety checks.
- Use diagnostic tools and technical manuals effectively.
- Maintain workshop equipment and tools in good condition.
- Ensure all repairs and servicing are completed within timelines and quality standards.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- ITI/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or equivalent certification.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in motorcycle repair and servicing.
- Prior experience as a service advisor is a plus.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, DMS systems).
