DESIGNATION : Senior Sales Engineer / Account Manager (SG)

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for the sales enablement of your assigned channel and managing their accounts to achieve stated sales targets. You are also responsible for the sales and marketing of full range of Phoenix Contact products in all areas within Singapore.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage new and existing channel partners, rendering support, service, and managing resources to meet partners’ expectations and their assigned performance objectives.
- Assess, address and validates partners’ needs on an ongoing basis.
- Manage potential channel conflict with other sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.
- Drive adoption of company’s campaigns and programs in assigned partners.
- Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after-sales support to partners and customers.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales enquires/proposal from partners and customers.
- Prepare sales visits, maintain customers contact database and update project status/activity reports on weekly basis or as and when required by immediate supervisor.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops/trainings with partners for the Management and Product Marketing as required.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Relevant academic in the relevant industrial field esp. Electrical / Electronic
- Experience in various industry such as Building and Factory Automation, Energy, and Transport.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written, possess ability to communicate well.
- Excellent in negotiation and presentation skills.
- Possess valid driving license and own vehicle.
- Customer-driven and results-oriented.
- Positive, persistent, proactive team player that can perform under pressure
- Willing to work overtime, on holidays and weekends as and when necessary or as requested e.g. Exhibition, sales meeting with clients, etc
