In House Recruiter St-engineering 2 Years Contract

1) Manage employee data management and posting of job advertisements in portals and career website
2) Administer on-boarding, off-boarding and employees and related administrative matters
3) Create, verify and maintain staff records in HR system
4) Support efficient and smooth running of operations in accordance to prescribed policies, standard operating procedures and customers’ expectations
5) Responsible for meeting KPIs
6) Handle and address customer issues promptly
7) Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws Job Requirements
Qualification & Requirements
1) Local
2) 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
3) Diploma and above
4) Good English written and communication skills
5) Able to multi-task and Tech Savy
6)Prior experience with SAP is an added advantage
7) Quick learner and a team player 6) Meticulous in record keeping 8) Able to work independently and work closely with the team and to backup one another for timely delivery of services
Work Location - AMK (5 days week - 0830 - 6.00pm)
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 24 months
**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
