**Responsibilities**:

- To make cold calls to potential corporate customers and promote the Company’s brands.
- Upsell and suggest information about the Company’s wide range of products.
- Promote company's latest promotion and merchandise.
- To provide customers with timely replies with quotations/invoices and to follow-up with the customers.
- Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfil customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Seek and respond to customer feedback and complaints to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Building and maintaining good rapport with regular customers through marketing promotions and direct mails.
- To ensure other departments are updated with customers’ orders and requests and that they are followed through to ensure positive customer purchasing experience.
- Collect and analyse customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis and marketing best practices to develop targeted marketing campaigns to increase the Company’s revenue and extend customer life cycle.
- Involve in planning and strategizing seasonal promotions.
- Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree or Poly Diploma in marketing, business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing or sales
- Experience in F&B industry may be advantageous

**Working Hours**:

- 44 hours per week

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $3,600.00 per month
