In this role, you will be responsible for growing Coinbase Advanced’s user base, volume and market share in top Asian markets. To begin, your key priority will be the growth of Coinbase Advanced’s user base for its spot and derivatives trading products. We need you to have a GM (General Manager) mindset when identifying and executing opportunities to achieve that, leveraging local and global teams.

What you’ll be doing:

- Own product development from conception to launch
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and steer product roadmap
- Embedding deep within IRL & online Crypto communities to build deep relationships with customers and be the face of the product in these regions
- Work closely with marketing to define and execute GTM tactics to grow awareness of the product and acquire traders
- Define and analyze metrics to guide product development
- Align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision.

What we look for in you:

- 3+ years of product management experience
- Exceptional interpersonal communication, relationship management and organizational skills
- Deep analytical, prioritization and problem solving skills
- Previous experience working in software product management
- Demonstrated passion for cryptocurrency, financial markets, and the Coinbase mission
- An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Mandarin speaking proficiency preferred
