We are looking for an FP&A Business Analyst - APAC based in Singapore.

About You

In this role, you will be responsible for all financial planning, analysis, and reporting aspects of the organization. You will also evaluate the results of operations across business units and headquarters in the Asia Pacific region with a view to improving business performance.- Permanent role- Based in Singapore- Reports to APAC VP - FP&A

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Forecasting- Collaborate with the Finance team & Business functions to develop the annual plan and periodic forecasts and manage risks and opportunities.- Review the monthly actual results and assess performance against the forecast, plan, and previous year.- Carry out in-depth business performance analysis and communicate findings to all stakeholders.- Liaise with APAC countries and global Head Office to prepare analysis and reports

Management Reporting- Prepare and support management meeting presentations- Provide data analysis and reporting support for business functions- Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial expertise and analysis to support decision-making and any other ad-hoc tasks

What you will need to be successful- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or ACCA level.- Several years of working experience within FP&A, preferably in an MNC environment- Strong logical, numerical, and analytical skills- Good business acumen, attention to detail, and delivers quality output to minimize turnback.- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Hyperion, and data analytic tools- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills- Confident and able to communicate effectively across business functions and regional and global/HQ teams.- A team player who enjoys a fast and dynamic multicultural work environment
