Facility Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises, supporting the concierge, and co-ordinating with cleaning and pest control vendors and contractors.
- Oversee public access to the building, managing vehicular flow and addressing enquiries professionally.
- Identify maintenance needs and coordinate repair works with vendors and contractors, to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
- Perform minor repairs and basic maintenance tasks as needed.
- Maintain records of maintenance schedules, vendor agreements, and service requests.
- Provide support to event set-up/clean up, tenant requests, and other operational needs as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in facility maintenance / cleaning operations, or a related field.
- Good communications and problem-solving skills.
- Basic handyman skills for minor repairs.
- Able to communicate professionally in English (Mandarin and/or other languages is a plus).
- 10am to 7pm/9am to 6pm. 5 day workweek including Sat/Sun. 1-2 weekdays off.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,800.00 per month
