
Ecommerce & Sales Admin Co-ordinator

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- ERP Application and Slimstock (Inventory Optimisation)
- Sales Order Management system (Quotation to order processing)
- After sales support for e commerce sales and following up distribution of equipment
- Administrative and Purchasing duties
- Invoicing sales
- Sales collection and debtor's management
- Upkeeping of order book
- Budget preparation by coordinating with Sales team
- Tracking of sales against forecast
- Update Track Record
- Preparation and providing support for Marketing Promotion events (PASMA and Ladder Training, Site Demo, Exhibition).
- Vendor Registration for supplier and prequalification for tender submission
- Familiar with upkeeping of document for ISO 45000, ISO 9001:2018, BizSafe
**Requirement**:
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- At least 2 years of HR working experience in Singapore
- Good knowledge on Employment Act
- Proficient in Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Word
- Only those in Singapore need to apply
**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
**Experience**:
