- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is an advantage
- Goods knowledge in plastic Injecting Moulding and Tools Parts is a plus

**Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of production operators and technicians to achieve output level
- Troubleshoot manufacturing problems and rectify them to minimise downtime
- Plan and execute 5s, cycle time reduction, productivity improvement and process or workflow simplification activities.
- Ensure all SOP are in compliance with ISO, safety and quality requirements and resolve any quality issue or customers complaints.
- Report to Plant General Manager.
- Assist the GM work scope
- Overall in Charge in plant production especially when GM is not around.
- Supervise all areas of the production.
- Improve the procedures and strategies.
- Achieve company target
- Make sure can deliver to client on time
- Report directly to Directors if needed.
- Make quality passed standards.
- Knowledgeable in moulds, dies and plastic injection manufacturing and procedure is a plus.
