**About The Role**
This Admin Support will be supporting the Admin Department in administration, documentation, coordination and follow-up.
**Responsibilities**
- Assist to manage overall general office duties (pantry, stationary, mails, etc)
- Upkeep of office maintenance and cleanliness
- Assist in meeting coordination, for e.g. logistics, room set up, food catering, etc
- Provide administrative support, such as filing, scanning of documents, reports compilation, raising purchase requisitions, etc
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- At least a Diploma in related field
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR is preferred but fresh graduate/ entry level is welcome to apply
- Temporary position for 4 months
- Ability to start immediately would be preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 44 per week
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
