**Roles & Responsibilities**
- You will represent Sin Kang TCM as a front-line support staff. You will provide patient-centric service and be responsible for the smooth of registration of patients, including assisting with appointment bookings, customer service, scheduling, medicine dispensing, basic housekeeping, supply stock-count and management
- 负责门诊前台接待工作,客户预约,就诊接待,客户投诉初步受理等工作
- 诊所营业前准备和营业结束的收尾工作,准确完成各类加工件的收发和追踪
- 顾客初诊信息录入,顾客回访、负责门诊采购事宜,办公用品/药库的管理
- 维护门诊日常办公环境整洁

**Requirements**:

- Good customer service and people skills required
- Proficiency both in Chinese and English is a must, who is able to handle Mandarin-speaking clients, colleagues and documents (We are TCM clinic)
- Willing to work retail hours, weekends & public holidays
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably non-Executive specialized in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent

**Minimum qualification level**

**Working Hours**:

- 5 days work week (including 1 weekend)
- 10:00am - 9:00pm
- 2 breaks of 45 minutes in between

Some of our treatments include signature NO-PAIN Acupuncture, Tui Na, Cupping, Gua Sha and many more. Our achievements and efforts were recognised in 2014, as we clinched **Top 25 Prestige Award 2014.**

With more than 20 TCM Practitioners Board certified and highly qualified physicians and therapists, our wealth of clinical and practical experience has seen us through many successful cases of treatment for sprains, migraine, obesity, sleeping disorders, sports injury and so on. One of our specialities lies in relieving discomfort and stiff back/neck arising from long term usage of computers and electronic devices.

Currently, we operate 2 TCM Clinics in Singapore - 100AM (near to Tanjong Pagar MRT) and The Star Vista (near to Buona Vista MRT)
