Design and develop an integrated multi-channel marketing strategy in close collaboration with sales leaders.
- Develop quarterly marketing programs for different account segments that focus on three major objectives - build pipeline, accelerate pipeline and nurture relationships with high-propensity-to-buy accounts.
- Serve as the marketing liaison for sales team, ensuring plans and goals align with key leadership functions including solutions marketing, product pillars, sales, corporate brand and communications, etc.
- Drive creation of relevant content and messaging considering partner resellers and their ability to replicate in their own marketing campaigns
- Able to dynamically adapt to changes in market and corporate strategy
- Work in conjunction with Corporate teams to leverage events, digital and social media initiatives
- Manage external agencies in the execution of events and programs across the region
- Utilize infrastructure tools to analyze pipeline and adjust program mix accordingly to meet sales needs.
- Ability to convert data into knowledge.
- 8+ years of related partner/indirect marketing experience, in a relevant, modern SaaS enterprise IT environment proven in other Enterprise B2B companies
- Strong sales acumen and collaborative approach
- Keen understanding of the enterprise software sales cycle with partners a target audience mix of Executives, Practice and Tool leads, IT and senior level business buyers
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
- Results driven, teamwork oriented and customer focused
- Strong applied analytical and process skills
- Good understanding of demand generation, and effective progression tactics
- Excellent self-directed and time management/conflict resolutions skills
- Willing to support different time zones
