**Responsibilities**:
**Valuation and Authentication**:

- Conduct thorough research and authentication of high end watches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market fluctuations, and regulatory changes related to luxury watches, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.

**Consignment Getting and Client Engagement**:

- Develop and execute strategies to sell and acquire high-quality luxury watches consignments for auction.
- Provide expert guidance and support to clients, including collectors, investors, and sellers, on luxury watches valuation, acquisition, and investment opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote luxury watches auctions and engage with potential clients through various channels, including events, exhibitions, and digital platforms.

**Cataloguing and Auction Support**:

- Lead the cataloging process, ensuring accurate descriptions, detailed condition reports, and high-quality imagery of the luxury watches pieces.
- Actively participate in auction previews, auctions, and post-sale processes, including client engagement, bidding assistance, and post-sale follow-ups.
- Mentor and train junior staff members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the luxury watches Department.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience as a watch dealer and/or in a major auction house working environment with focus in watches and fine timepieces.
- Strong network and proven track record of sourcing and selling high-value jewellery pieces.
- Compensation witll commensurate with experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients at all levels.
- Proficiency in relevant software and database systems for cataloging and inventory management.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin or another Asian language to communicate with clients and associates.
- Demonstrate a positive, creative and can-do work attitude.
- Able to work well independently and as well as in a team.
