Report to Project Co-coordinator / Design Manager / Project Manager / Project Director.

Overall responsible for the co-ordination and interface with LTA System Wide Contractor and relevant Departmental head.

Co-ordinate with Client and respective design Consultants / Specialist / LTA System Wide Contractor on the co-ordination of construction and handing over activities.

Hold regular co-ordination meeting with LTA System Wide Contractor and consolidate the action items and report back to Construction Manager for follow-up action with concerned parties.

Lead and control the exchange of information with the interfacing Contractors for the production of the co-ordinated installation programme (CIP) and sign off by SWCs.

Manage the integration of the E&M SWC designs into the structural and architectural designs ensuring authorities requirements are not compromised.

Ensure the major E&M equipment deliveries have been co-ordinated with all parties with the production of equipment removal drawings.

Plan, Prepare and Update the schedule for the submission of Samples / Shop Drawings / Method Statement.

Raise CSD / SEM Changes queries due to services clashing. Follow up with clients for the approval of queries and update the status.

Prepare and Obtain approval for Final CSD / SEM drawings and sign off SWCs prior to construction.

Responsible to issue SWC clearance during construction for SWC scope of works by SWC Coordinator or his designee.

Collect as-built information from site team and verify prior to submit to Clients.

Ensure to obtain Drawing Change Notice from SWCs for proposed changes if any by SWC and inform Contracts Department.

Expedite M&E service sample and shop drawing submission.

Assist SWC Coordinator to issue all the construction drawings and approved Sign Off drawings to related station/tunnel for construction.

Co-ordination with Consultant / SWC regarding M&E services.

Attend Client/Consultant/Sub-contractor co-ordination / progress / technical meetings.

Maintain all the inspection records and provide clearance for other trade interfaces.

Scheduling of overall M&E services works.

Review construction programme and method statements related to M&E works.

Prepare co-ordinated programme for M&E works.

Prepare/co-ordinate M&E specific method statements.

Coordinate with M&E Supervisors for the preparation of as-built informations and submit to SWC Coordinator for his review.

Assist SWC Coordinator for preparing M&E procurement schedule and update periodically.

Submit samples & relevant reports for approval.

Carry out weekly site inspection and report progress, quality, specifications, protection and problems.

Implement test/commission procedures.
