We are looking for a Manager - Enterprise Systems, Technical Account Management to ensure Autodesk’s customers drive long-term success through an array of services that accelerate customer business goals and drive adoption of our technology. This is an exciting opportunity to unequivocally influence our customers, and Autodesk’s, success.
This position will involve:
- Accountability for the success of our customers
- Manage the implementation of processes and plans to ensure effective delivery of onboarding and adoption services for Autodesk products.
- Strong collaboration with various internal and customer stakeholders
- Selection and development of highly responsive teams by recruiting resources, defining staff development areas and programs, and providing ongoing feedback, training, and development.
- Managing diverse global teams to drive adoption and success of Autodesk solutions
- Measure and monitor performance against established service levels to ensure achievement of individual and team targets; conduct periodic verification of work to ensure adherence to organizational standards
- Lead or participate in setting organization vision, global projects, and initiatives; proactively identifies more efficient strategies to promote efficiency.
- Driving innovation in the Customer Technical Success organisation and within other departments in customer success.

**Requirements**:
- 4-5 years managerial experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- A sense of urgency and commitment to customer success, product adoption and instilling that same priority in the team and peers
- Proven ability to manage and inspire teams towards adoption
- Experience in leading customer success initiatives to better service customers, increase operating efficiency, and support new operational models
- The skill to partner cross functionally to champion for the team and the customer
- Courage: The passionate self-belief and trust necessary to be bold and brave in one's actions to enable controlled risk taking which allows positions to be challenged, thereby delivering strong results
- Smart: We strive for simplicity and prioritize what matters most. Aware of impact of own words and actions on others
