Precast Engineer

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and organize the transportation and delivery of precast components to the construction site.
- Ensure timely delivery of precast units and track shipments to avoid delays in installation.
- Coordinate with on-site teams to ensure proper storage, handling, and installation of delivered precast components.
- Review and verify that all precast elements adhere to design and quality standards before leaving the production plant.
- Collaborate with quality control teams to conduct thorough inspections during both production and installation phases.
- Address any non-conformance or defects in precast units, ensuring corrective actions are implemented promptly.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
- At least **5 years of experience** with **Housing Development Board (HDB) projects**.
- Proven experience in precast concrete production, logistics, or construction coordination.
- Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills for effective collaboration across project teams.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:

- HBD projects: 5 years (preferred)
