**Recruitment Executive**
- Responsible for full cycle of recruitment matters
- Conduct interviews, check references and credits
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Proper documentation of employee database and personnel files
- Manage offboarding and exit process
- Attend and resolve employee relation matters
- Assist in HR projects and other tasks when required
- Prepare and presentation of data or reports
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 1-year related HR experience
- Working knowledge with Ricpay and Infotech system is an advantage
- Familiar with Employment Act is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiar with the security industry will be an advantage
- Meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to cope in a fast-moving environment and work independently
- Able to start immediately
Salary Range: $3,000 to $4,000
