**We Are Offering 6 Months Internship To Students Who Are Keen In Doing Improvement related projects such as production, engineering design and troubleshooting.**
- Support the Plant Production, Maintenance and Engineering Function in Improvement Projects related to Cost, Quality and Safety
- Develop tools to monitor, track and analyse Plant performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Support the Engineering Function in Capital Projects evaluation
- scope, design and cost evaluation
- Training of Operators
- Updating of Engineering Documents
- Ad hoc tasks like process and quality related troubleshooting

**Project Details**
- Automation study to replace the current manual mode of operation that improves manpower efficiency.
- Update Engineering documents like Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams that reflect current mode of operation
- Develop scope for Decommissioning of one process vessel
- Replacement of the current Deionized Water System
- Identify sustainability projects that reduces water and electricity usage.

**Learning Outcomes**
- Develop problem solving skills using tools leaned
- Develop Skills in Project Management, particularly in Capital projects
- Grow your interpersonal and communication skills through working with cross-functional team

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate background
- Skills in use with AUTOCAD for Engineering drawings will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with contractors and vendors
