1. Measuring quantities and taking off.

2. Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments.

3. Seeing through the project from tender to award to final accounts.

4. Cost analysis and monitoring.

5. Running of project, managing progress claims and variations.

6. Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers.

7. All other QS related duties.

**Job Requirements**:
1. Minimum 2 years and above experience as QS at a **Plumbing & Sanitary Contractor **Company.

2. Able to work independently and in a team.

3. Able to work with and meet tight deadlines.
