**JOB SUMMARY**:
The Associate / Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the whole project, including serving as the escalation point of contact during project life cycle. Responsible for the project timelines, scope and budget.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Provides and monitors project timeline and secures customer acceptance.
- Conducts the project kick-off and post project activities for closure.
- Proposes and monitors project budget based on initial scoping conducted.
- When needed, approves and proposes project change order; approves implementation plan and blueprint of the project.
- Manages critical path of the project timeline and scope
- Creates, modifies and releases the standardization of documentations
- Secures the following documentation and ensures sign off from the stakeholders; ensures proper storage: a) Business Process Requirement Documentation, b) Configuration Document, c) Any other relevant documents to the project
- Works closely with the internal and external Project Stakeholder to ensure the project is conducted within the budget and timeline committed.
- Supports the following activities during the project life cycle such as: a) Training, b) Business Review, c) Configuration, d) Data Migration, e) Onsite and offsite assistance

**KEY QUALIFICATIONS**

**(1) REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS**
- Proven track record in project management in a similar industry
- Knowledge in the use of project management tools
- Communicates and expresses thoughts clearly, is organized and systematic; exudes confidence in projecting ideas and has presence of mind (both verbal and written).
- Demonstrates the ability to manage stakeholders, and engage and build a good relationship with individuals providing the most impact on their work.
- Upholds integrity in all dealings and projects.
- Accountable, yet works in collaboration and teamwork with others
- Manages time well, able to balance multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities
- Solve problems quickly and work independently
- Ability to do independent work; commitment to excellence
- Has great attention to detail

**(2) EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND**
- Must have a degree in any business-related courses or any computer-related course
- Certification in project management preferred

**(3) PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE**
- Must have at least two (2) years of relevant working experience in project management.
- Preference to have at least two (2) years of experience in implementation of IT products, services or solutions.
- Must at least have 1 cycle ERP Implementation

**Salary**: Up to $4,500.00 per month

- Commission pay
