Singapore Office Secretaries Full time

Reporting to the Sales Manager
- To serve assigned accounts through visiting, offering, and timely follow-up while identifying and pursuing new leads
- To gain market intel, feedback on competitions in order to decide the best approach without compromising the company's threshold
- Ensure timely collection of payment after sales rendered
- Preparing of respective sales reports, forecast, budgeting, and achieving individual sales targets, KPIs
- Liaise and manage new and existing customers to build and sustain long-lasting relationships
- Coordinating with Accounts, Productions and Procurement department where applicable
- Assisting in annual stock take, attending trade shows
- 3-5 years relevant experience in outdoor Sales & Marketing
- Mature, meticulous and a professional attitude to work independently and as a valuable team player
- Strong interpersonal, time management and problem solving skills
- Good computer literacy especially with good working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin both verbal & written to support Chinese speaking customers
- Team player with the ability to handle both internal and external customers
- Good business acumen with the ability to identify, negotiate, follow up, close sales deals and meet given sales target
- Willing to travel (Local & Overseas)
- Possess valid Class 3 driving license
