**Service Crew**

**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our service team as Service Crew. As a Service Crew at our fusion concept restaurant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that guests have a memorable dining experience. Whether you're assisting guests with menu selections, taking orders, or providing attentive service throughout their meal, you'll be an essential part of creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests warmly and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide menu recommendations and describe dishes to guests, answering any questions they may have about ingredients or preparation methods.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the point-of-service (POS) system promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with attention to detail and presentation, ensuring that all items are delivered correctly and in a timely manner.
- Anticipate guests' needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables, refilling water glasses, and ensuring that the dining and work areas are tidy and welcoming.
