Software Tester

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop performance test plans and strategies based on project requirements and specifications.
- Design, create, and maintain performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Execute performance tests to simulate real-world user scenarios, monitor system behavior, and identify performance bottlenecks.
- Analyze test results and generate performance reports, highlighting any issues or bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to address performance-related issues and optimize system performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and techniques related to performance testing and suggest improvements to existing processes.
- Participate in code and design reviews to ensure performance-related best practices are followed.
- Document performance testing processes, methodologies, and test results for future reference.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in performance testing and load testing using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Strong knowledge of performance testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
- Proficiency in designing and developing performance test scripts using LoadRunner and JMeter.
- Experience in analyzing performance test results, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing optimization strategies.
- Familiarity with performance monitoring tools and techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with other performance testing tools/frameworks and automation testing is a plus.
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Software Test Professional (CSTP) or Certified Software Quality Analyst (CSQA) are desirable.
