Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. As a Social Media Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in managing and developing social media channels to enhance our brand awareness and engagement. You will collaborate with our marketing team to create and implement strategies that drive audience growth and strengthen our online presence. This internship will provide you with valuable skills and insights into the world of social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning, creation, and scheduling of engaging social media content across various platforms and not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, etc.
- Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and effectively.
- Conduct research on current social media trends, hashtags, influencers, and competitor strategies to optimize our content and improve engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute social media campaigns that align with the overall marketing objectives.
- Use social media management tools to analyze data and generate reports on key performance metrics.
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, tools, and best practices to recommend innovative ideas for improving our social media presence.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
- Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions on social media strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
- Assist in the creation of visual assets, including graphics and videos, for social media posts.
- Monitor and track social media analytics and provide insights and recommendations to optimize performance.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proficient in using social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including copywriting and editing abilities.
- Creative mindset with an eye for appealing visuals and engaging content.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Ability to work individually as well as in a team environment and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media and eagerness to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
