Bartender

**Responsibilities**:

- Create new drink recipes
- Prepare beverages requested by customers according to established pouring standards and drink recipes.
- Ensure that all liquor is properly secured before, during, and at close of shift.
- Inspect bar daily for cleanliness and attractiveness and inspect all equipment and machinery for proper operation and perform corrective action where necessary.
- Interact with outside contacts such as guests - to ensure their total satisfaction and suppliers - regarding orders and invoices. Ensure all interaction is done professionally.
- May assist with other duties where required by superiors, including assisting in restaurant service.

Skills / Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of working experience in bar
- Posses a valid food hygiene certificate
- Great communication skills, ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties

Working hours: 12pm-10pm

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,200.00 per month
