**Veterinarian
ZumVet is a digital healthcare start-up with a mission to change the way pet care is delivered. Our primary service offerings include tele-consults and medication delivery. Our operations began in Singapore, where we saw significant growth, and are looking to expand our operations to Hong Kong.

We are looking for a veterinarian to shape the ZumVet veterinary operations. The role will be accountable for supporting our veterinary operations (including attending to video consultations, formulating workflows and conducting internal audits), representing

ZumVet in the capacity of a veterinarian, and refining our service offerings.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and methodical individual who wants to have a stake in the company and is excited about spearheading change. You should have a high level of self-motivation, initiative, and drive - problem solvers, not just problem identifiers, will thrive.

This role is anchored on a good understanding of ZumVet USPs, and revolves around good communications with all our stakeholders.

The job scope would be a mix of clinical work but also, education, liaising with regulators, and creating workflows/safety protocols which will help to shape how veterinary medicine is practiced in the digital age.

**Working closely with senior management, you will**:

- Create workflows and safety protocols
- Analyse case outcomes and improve on safety and client satisfaction
- Conduct remote consultations and home visits
- Lead veterinary operations and manage staff
- Create KPIs to help drive the team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 year’s veterinary clinical experience
- Possess a registrable Veterinary Degree that enables you to practice in Singapore
- Positive and collaborative attitude
