**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook in big bulk quantities (Tingkat Orders and Buffet Orders)
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Western, Asian, and specialty cuisines, etc.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion control meet company standards.
- Manage food inventory, storage, and proper handling of ingredients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet tight deadlines and high-volume orders.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a cook in catering or restaurant settings.
- Expertise in multiple cuisines is a bonus (e.g., Zichar, Thai, Western, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Positive attitude and a passion for cooking.
