As an Admin Clerk, you will be providing office support to the Operations.
**PRIMARY FUNCTIONS**
- Front-desk service - answering of telephone calls, reception of visitors, attend to delivery of goods, etc.
- Handle PO, DO, Inventory Recon, Invoicing, Quotation
- Other duties as and when assigned
**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENT**
- NITEC/ ‘O’ Levels / Trade Cert./ Diploma
- Bilingual in English & Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Chinese-speaking associates
- Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Meticulous, hardworking, shows initiative, attention to details, and independent
- Fresh Graduates and Mature Aged applicants are welcome to apply
