The Research Unit Head will be primarily responsible for the company’s qualitative research architecture and working with commercial clients, government agencies and NGOs. This role will include all aspects of business management from strategic planning, client development and client satisfaction. He/ She will oversee the entire research process, deliverables, client engagement and consultancy.

The job scope covers the following:
**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and overseeing research project design for clients to meet research needs
- Moderation and interviewing (focus groups, interviews, lab sessions and workshops)
- Playing an active role in growing business prospects and opportunities.
- Ensuring all deliverables meet client needs and generate strong insights and impact for clients’ business.
- Producing high quality research reports and actionable recommendations for clients.
- Working closely with the other business units to ensure proper co-ordination and completion of high-quality fieldwork.
- Delegates to team effectively, providing constructive feedback and support to ensure account responsibilities and deliverables are met at a high standard in agree timeline.

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven Experience in Market research or Consumer Insights either with research agencies or end clients
- Expertise in Brand Strategy and Qualitative research methodologies
- At least 8-10 years of strong market research experience, especially in the use of advanced qualitative research techniques
- Experience in leading a team and mentoring colleagues and subordinates
- Strong communications and presentation skills (including high quality written English writing ability)
- Excellent at collaboration and problem solving with colleagues and clients
- Interest in using AI tools to complement/supplement insights work
- Tertiary Qualifications in Social Sciences, Journalism, Business, or a data related discipline

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
