1. Responsible for his particular station and is directly responsible to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager and Bar Manager.

2. Works closely with the Managers in delegating daily and weekly tasks ensuring that the duties are carried out thoroughly.

3. Ensures that all fixtures and equipment are properly used and maintained. Checks general appearance of the outlet before and after operation.

4. Responsible for the cleanliness of his station and to assist in the clean presentation of restaurant as a whole.

5. Must have a sound knowledge of the menu items so that he can answer questions and make good recommendations to the guests.

6. Presents menus and explains all menu items as well as daily specials.

7. Takes order from the guests and must ensure that they are correct.

8. Upsells side dishes and promotional items of his outlet

9. Attend all training assigned in order to provide the proper service standards for the brand.

10. Presents bill to diners and closes the transactions in accordance with POS operating procedures and policies. Returns change/credit card to the diners.

11. Familiar with wine lists and in wine and beverage service including glassware used and appropriate garnishes as well as beer and mineral water.

12. To check and supervise proper set-ups, correct mis-en-place and service for the station.

13. Responsible for every check presented to the guest.

14. Ascertains guest’s satisfaction and handles any problems which may arise. Informs Manager of the problem and how it was resolved.

15. Report immediately to the Assistant Restaurant Manager, Restaurant Manager and bar Manager of all incidents that happens within the restaurant.

16. Performs other duties as assigned by the Management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,700.00 per month
