**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to lead and train a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina and ability to work on-site in various conditions.
