About TikTok LIVE
TikTok LIVE enables Creators to create compelling live content and enable real-time interactions with users. We provide users with a unique content experience while enabling Creators to provide more direct users interaction and deeper engagement with their fans. The PTE Service Strategy team at TikTok LIVE is in charge of creating the workflows and scaled operations that enable seamless customer experience operations.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Data Monitoring and Analysis**: Track key metrics of customer service operations in real-time through data analysis and monitoring mechanisms, promptly identify anomalies, and conduct in-depth root cause analysis. Perform deep dives into customer service data to identify potential business issues and propose actionable improvement recommendations.
**2. Anomaly Alerting and Handling**: Design and establish efficient anomaly alerting mechanisms to ensure quick response and effective actions when business anomalies occur. Continuously optimize alerting rules and processes to enhance the accuracy and timeliness of the alerting system.
**3. Indicator System Construction and Optimization**: Develop and refine the indicator system for customer service operations to ensure metrics comprehensively and accurately reflect business performance. Regularly evaluate the rationality of the indicator system and dynamically adjust and optimize it based on business needs.
**4. Data Reporting and Visualization**: Use data visualization tools to create intuitive and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards, enabling business teams to quickly interpret data.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Min 3 years of experience in data analysis, business monitoring, or related fields. Experience in customer service operations is preferred.
3. Proficient in data analysis tools, capable of handling complex data processing and creating data reports.
4. Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business issues from data and propose solutions.
5. Excellent communication skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive the implementation of data analysis outcomes.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Prior experience in building indicator systems and anomaly monitoring mechanisms
