**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Perform permit declarations in an accurate and timely manner, that is compliant and meet with both Customs requirements and customer requirements
- Perform the tasks and duties as specified by the processes and workflow prescribed
- Perform other duties required of and related to the abovementioned tasks, including but not limited to duties such as:Liaising and communicating with customers
- Preparing necessary documents before and after permit declarations
- Other tasks required to prepare and complete the declaration process

**Requirements**:

- Nitec or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft office
- A fast learner with good initiative and work attitude
- Proactive and team player
- Meticulous, ability to multi-task and able to work in fast pace environment
- Willing to perform shift duties

Preferred:

- Prior experience with permit declarations.
