**Major functions**
The Programme Executive provides support and assistance to the Conservation and Science Department of WWF-Singapore on multiple projects, activities and tasks as required. The post-holder will have a primary focus on forests and nature-based solutions in South East Asia and Singapore.

**Major duties & responsibilities**:

- Provide support and assistance in the identification, establishment and day-to-day management of field projects in the region and Singapore.
- Review progress reports from project partners (overseas and in Singapore) and coordinate and/or attend and minute updates with project partners.
- Participate in, and support the running of, the Forest Landscape Restoration (FLR) programme team; and participate in other programme teams as necessary.
- Support projects - including conservation, fundraising, communications and outreach materials (e.g. proposals, e.g. presentations, e.g. media releases) - by performing conservation fact-checking, using scientific evidence as required.
- Undertake and/or participate in research projects as/when required. This may include gathering data from internal and external sources, report and paper drafting, internal review and/or statistical analysis dependent upon the scope of the research.
- Organise and/or participate in education and outreach events, representing WWF and providing technical support.
- Organise and coordinate meetings and workshops with internal staff, external colleagues and partners.
- Generate and analyse data and descriptive statistics in relation to a) work relevant to conservation activities, and b) project activities.
- Assistance in vetting and writing fundraising proposals and reporting to donors.
- Organise and/or attend meetings and record minutes as required.

Any other responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

**Required qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences or related fields.
- Demonstrated knowledge of sustainability, conservation and related topics.
- Ideally, one year of experience working in conservation, sustainability, natural resource management or related fields.
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Good organisational skills.
- GIS skills are desirable but not essential.

**You need to**:

- Be a self-starter with high level of drive.
- Be able to work independently and with teams, according to task requirements.
- Have great organisational skills, attention and dedication to details.
- Be able to handle coordination of various stakeholders on complex projects.
- Ideally, have experience in project management and collaborations with external partners.
