**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor degree or above in computer, statistics, data science or related majors, master's and doctoral are preferred; 2. Solid foundation in Machine Learning and Statistics, proficient in SQL, Python /R; 3. Familiar with e-commerce search or recommendation strategies, relevant experience is preferred; 4. Good at communication, proactive in work, have a sense of ownership, strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork ability and pressure bearing ability; 5. Have strong curiosity and self-driving force, like to accept challenges, Aim for the Highest. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Have excellent communication skills, an open mind, and positive critical thinking; 2. Strong driving ability, open and inclusive, with the ability to actively think and explore, with a sense of ownership, and willing to bring positive impact to the team; 3. When cooperating with XFN, there is no boundary, Always Day 1. Hope to promote the change of the e-commerce industry, willing to make complex things bigger and better.
