Timing/Shifts: 6 Day Week

**Responsibilities**:
Manage and supervise Quick Response Team Security
Manage and supervise security officers’ deployment on all sites through calls and iREP
Deployment and planning of duty roster
Involve in Incident Reporting in an accurate and timely manner
Managing security system and monitoring CCTV and responding in accordance to incidents as required
Prepare weekly management report
Coordinate with the management team to ensure smooth security operations
Coordinate with Payroll to ensure accurate attendance for payments
Scheduling of manpower including monitoring and management of any shortfall
Dealing with calls from officers and clients and implementing solutions
Ensure submission of monthly operations reports and attending monthly operations meeting

**Requirements**:
At least Senior Security Officer (SSO) ranking & above
- At least 1-year experience preferably in the security industry
- Solid understanding of operational or security management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in Microsoft Office especially Excel
- A good team player with strong management, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
