Provide Presales technical support on network & IT solutions
- Customer engagement & presentation
- Work closely with sales team and vendors to prepare Bill of Material (BOM)
- Solution cost preparation
- Tender & Proposal Preparation
- Maintain good rapport with customers and vendors.
- Keep up-to-date on new products and solutions.
- Perform proof of concepts (POCs) when required.
- Ensure an appropriate and efficient hand-over from pre-sales to delivery team
- Familiar with products like Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, etc
- Prefer to have CCNP and other related certification
- Good to have Government tender project experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $9,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Experience**:

- Pre-Sales: 3 years (preferred)
