**Roles & Responsibilities**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional individuals to join our team as **Receptionists **, with both **full-time and part-time positions available **. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for visitors, clients, and employees.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Communicate effectively in both **English and Mandarin **to assist a diverse range of clients and visitors.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Provide accurate information to clients, employees, and guests.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Keep the reception area neat and presentable at all times.
- Assist with scheduling appointments.
- Perform basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and record management.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor with a commitment to excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time, as per organizational needs.
