The Business Value Consultant conducts detailed analysis of customer data to identify the existing & possible future business challenges faced by customers to propose future recommendations. Using the wide spectrum of solutions available at Fujifilm Business Innovations, the Business Value Consultant works closely with professionals from other business units to assess and design strategies that help our customers assess and decide on the right business decisions using technology for improved efficiency, growth and profit.

Main Activities & Responsibilities

Gather relevant information relating to the customer’s environment or processes through,
- Conducting interviews/surveys with relevant stakeholders
- Carrying out site assessments
- Uncover customer’s existing & possible future business challenges

Facilitate discussions with customers to define the problems concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
- Perform in depth analysis of customer data and processes
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
- Propose areas of improvement/optimization and elaborate on the areas of proposed improvements

Collaborate with other business units to design a tailored solution for the customer

Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the customer

Develop and present a plan to implement the recommended changes

Deliver executive presentations to customer’s stakeholders - current challenges and future improvement plan

**Essential & Desired Experience
**Essentials**:

- Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills
- High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with diverse customers and teams
- Adept in report-writing and comfortable with presenting/public speaking
- Business acumen with basic skills of insightful questioning/interviewing, research, analysis, presentation, and attention to detail
- Aptitude to grasp new concepts and effectively produce results
- Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical, innovative, and creative mindset
- Situational analysis, planning and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and articulate their collective relevance to the organization.
- Basic knowledge of statistics
- Ability to uncover, quantify, execute and measure improvement initiatives
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong team player that delivers work of a high standard

**Desired**:

- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Basic Programming will be an added advantage
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Visio and MS Power BI would be a plus
- Prior experience in process improvements
- Experience in process re-engineering

**Education/ Professional Qualifications Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
