**About the role**:
APM Manager for APAC Region has strong payments knowledge, MS office skills, negotiation skills, technical knowledge,

attentive to details, has sales skills, understanding of payments rules and regulations in different countries in Asia Pacific.

We are looking for someone who has strong communication skills and able to build strong relationships.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Drive execution of payment network strategy in partnership with the business product and tech development leads
- Work with business partners to identify and recommend appropriate network solutions / value propositions based on strong understanding of customer and market needs / trends
- Interface with technical delivery teams to translate product requirements into technical specifications, ensuring mutual understanding and reducing time to market
- Manage cross-functional teams of solution architects and business analysts and engineers ensuring timeliness and quality of product releases
- Proactively manage platform roadmap, demand intake, prioritization, and capacity planning with a “strategic lens” in conjunction with our product, regional, and technology partners

**Your experience and mindset**:

- Experience in the payments / fintech industry
- Strong understanding of various types of payment platforms / infrastructures (cards, ACH, SWIFT / blockchain, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability in delivering high quality, global, scalable tech products / platforms in a matrixed organization
- Technology domain expertise including understanding of new technologies e.g. cloud, blockchain
- Strong business acumen as well as analytical and problem solving skills; expertise in strategy, product development / mgmt., planning and project mgmt.
- Ability to work with ambiguity; manage complex projects; flexibility to handle rapidly changing scenarios
- Ability to build and lead motivated, productive, geographically diverse teams
- Good command of English (written and spoken), and a local Asian language preferred
- Previous experience in the ecommerce payment industry is preferred
- Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Windows and Office, and common web browser setting and configuration (e.g. Chrome, Safari)
