
Part Time Personal Assistant to Financial Seervice

**Job Summary**:
The Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and coordination support to Financial Service Manager (FSM) in the preparation and delivery of financial plans and investment recommendations for clients. They will conduct research, analysis and create reports to help the FSM make informed decisions regarding client portfolios.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research and analysis of insurance & investment options and strategies to help FSM make informed decisions regarding client portfolios.
- Create & update financial planning reports, including insurance & investment proposals, portfolio reviews, and financial projections, utilizing various tools and portal.
- Collaborate with FSM to prepare client meetings and presentations, providing supporting materials and analysis to help inform investment decisions.
- Maintain accurate and complete client records and reports, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.
- Assist with maintaining clients’ relationships and touch points via different platform.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Undergraduate are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and good time management
**Working Conditions**:
**Salary**:
$12 ~ $15 Per Hours (w CPF Contribution)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
**Salary**: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
