**Primary Objective of Position**
- The Senior Finance Executive is responsible for the full spectrum of GL, AP and AR functions

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for GL & month end closing activities
- Preparation of balance sheet/audit schedules, financial reports with analysis on a timely basis
- Prepare cashflow statement & cash forecast
- Maintenance of fixed assets register
- Handling of customers/vendors/auditors’ enquiry whenever required
- Responsible for GST compliance and quarterly GST reporting
- Adhere to internal controls
- Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents and company secretary for all statutory requirements to ensure compliance
- Assist in annual budget and forecasting process
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by management
- Provide general support to the organization as required
- Continuously improve processes and execute optimization initiatives
- To commit and comply to the organization Occupational Health & Safety Management System
- To commit and comply to the organization’s Quality Management System
- Other ad hoc duties assigned by management

**Job Specifications**
- Diploma in Accountancy or relevant
- At least 2 years of working experience
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in SAP is a plus
- Independent, mature, meticulous and able to work within deadlines
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill
- Able to start at short notice or immediately
