**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Risk Management
- Manage the execution of the ERM framework including review and assessment of Group and BU top risks and reporting through Group level and BU risk maps.
- Review of BU level top risks through close collaboration with BU representatives
- Review, conduct and update risk assessments on major projects and investments
- Working closely with business units to proactively identify, assess and mitigate key risks.
- Assist with development and implementation of Group ERM initiatives across all business units
- Support and conduct ERM training/workshops across the business units
- Support the preparation of regular risk reports and monitoring of key risk indicators provided to relevant stakeholders, including management and board risk committees
Compliance Management
- Manage the implementation of the compliance programme and culture across the Group, including continuous improvement of the compliance programme as the group move towards Vision 2030.
- Develop and support new initiatives in the Compliance programme that are more of a forward-looking identification and assessment of regulatory risk.
- Responsible for the adequate compliance resource and expertise across the Group to enable effective delivery of the mandate.
- Obtain the ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management System certification for all business units in phases
- Monitor and refine training approaches and delivery to improve learners' retention and effectiveness for signature training programmes
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Recognized Degree in Finance/Business/Economics. A post-graduate qualification would be an advantage.
- 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, business development, project management or consulting in MNCs or large corporates.
- Knowledge of ERM best practices, risk measurement techniques and ERM reporting tools.
- Knowledge in tools/software for risk analysis and financial modelling would be an advantage.
- Agile thinker, willing to try new and innovative methods. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and report-writing skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $5,900.00 - $10,000.00 per month
