Position: Speech Therapist

About Us:
At our center, we specialize in working with children with special needs, offering tailored, individualized Early Intervention Program for Infants and Children (EIPIC) programs. Our approach is centered around collaboration, innovation, and a commitment to excellence.

Job Responsibilities:
Are you ready to make a difference? As a Speech Therapist, you will:
Assess and Identify Individual Needs: Utilize specialized assessment tools to understand each child's unique communication challenges and needs.
Formulate Rehabilitative Programs: Develop and implement personalized speech therapy programs designed to help children reach their communication goals.
Monitor and Evaluate Progress: Continuously evaluate and adjust therapy plans to ensure optimal progress and outcomes.
Collaborate in a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other professionals in our multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive support for our clients.
Educate and Train Caregivers: Empower parents and caregivers with the knowledge and skills they need to support their child's communication development at home.
Stay Informed and Adaptive: Keep up-to-date with the latest research and trends in speech therapy to provide the best possible care for our clients.
Job Requirements:
Education: Possess a recognized Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Speech Therapy.
Registration: Registered or eligible for registration with the Allied Health Professional Council in Singapore as a Full or Conditional Registrant.
Passion for Collaboration: Welcome Locum/ Part-Time/ Full-Time applicants who are eager to contribute to our team-based approach.
