**Roles & Responsibilities**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provides services for the rehabilitation of adult and youth offenders and the protection of children and families.
- Provides specialized psychological services to children, youth, person with disability, elderly and families, in the areas of abuse and trauma recovery and forensic mental health.
- Conducts cognitive assessments for adults and elderly.
- Provides clinical intervention with adult victims/perpetrators of family violence will be an advantage.
- Works with Children and Families (Centre for Family Excellence).
- Provides Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to children/youth and their families. FFT training and supervision will be provided.
- Provides psychological assessments and conducts training.
- Provides consultation services to stakeholders within MSF, as well external partners such as VWOs, hospitals and other ministries.
**Requirements/Qualifications**:
- Minimally a Master’s degree in Clinical or Forensic Psychology.
- At least 3 years of experience in clinical or forensic settings after completion of postgraduate degree is preferred.
- Strong assessment and good report writing skills.
- Experience in adult mental health and/or special needs.
- Effective interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
