- As a Geth & Prysm POS Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the performance, efficiency, and security of our blockchain network
- Contribute to the security architecture of the network, identifying and addressing potential vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and design specifications for the new blockchain platform.
- Architect, develop, and implement core blockchain protocols, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic algorithms, such as, but not limited to,
- Develop and maintain Geth and Prysm POS client implementations for blockchain networks, ensuring high performance and reliability,

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Geth & Prysm development
- Minimum of 5 years of core software development experience using Java, Python, Go or Rust
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar relevant education background.
- Strong experience with Ethereum client implementations, particularly Geth and Prysm, including familiarity with Ethereum 2.0 specifications.
- Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus algorithms, and smart contract development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and resolve complex issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A genuine interest in blockchain technology and its potential to drive innovation and decentralization.
- Experience with other Ethereum clients such as Nethermind or Besu.
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects or active participation in the blockchain community
