Ensure smooth and effective operation of the customer service department
- Lead the customer service team
- Manage and train Customer Service Assistants to handle all phone calls and inquiries professionally and efficiently in accordance to service standards.
- Set reasonable customer satisfaction goals and work with the customer service assistants to meet them on a consistent basis
- Attend, manage and resolve customers’ needs and complaints
- Improve and facilitate growth in good customer service satisfaction level
- Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Develop, implement and review customer service procedures, policies and standards
- Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
**Requirements**:
- 10 years’ experience in customer service with 5 years’ in supervisory experience
- Ability to translate your skills to your staff through training and mentoring
- Service oriented and articulate in speech.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
