**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for buying critical materials and coordinating the component planning and buying activities with multiple departments
- Purchase parts, supplies and services with timely delivery
- Maintain purchase records and reports
- Follow up on with the vendors on delivery date and update the system and inform the requestor if any delays or issues
- Close loop with AP to ensure vendors are paid
- Sales of materials to contract manufacturer
- Ensure compliance and support SOX and audits relating to tactical procurement
- Generating procurement reports
- Support Supply Chain related projects
**Job Specifications (Qualifications & Experiences)**:
- Minimum Diploma holder in Supply Chain Management
- Good business acumen & strong analytical skills
- Ability to think from a global viewpoint
- Demonstrated maturity, professionalism, high values and integrity
- Evidence of effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to see the "big picture", perform consultative work and offer innovative suggestions
- Strong teamwork and demonstrated track record of working well in a team & with cross-functional team members
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
**Required skill(s)**:
- At least 2/3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Basic procurement knowledge ie: PO, AP, AR, SO.
- Microsoft Office & Excel
**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,300.00 per month
