**Responsibilities**
- Book keeping and submission of e-invoices
- Accounts receivable management
- Responsible for handling full set of accounts
- Prepare and submits GST on a quarterly basis
- Generate reports for claims and different purposes
- Liaise with external auditors, statutory bodies, company secretaries, and bankers for audit, financial and banking matters
- Company tax

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Good knowledge of Singapore tax and statutory regulations and accounting standards
- Applicants must be familiar with Quick Book, QBO or similar accounting software.
- Part-Time position - to work in the company once a week (9am to 6pm)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $800.00 - $1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
