**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**:
**Provide Finance & Compliance strategic and visionary leadership**
- To ensure financial integrity sustainability of the Lodge, compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements, risks management and data security
- Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and members of the Management Committee
- Manage the processes for financial forecasting and budgets, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advise on long-term financial planning
- Be responsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the Lodge

**Leadership and management of workplace safety & security**
- Establish a workplace safety and health management system
- Ensure compliance to workplace safety & health regulations
- Engage and work closely with key stakeholders in the implementation of workplace safety & health management system
- Establish procedures to ensure security of the premises

**Requirements**:

- Degree in accounting or equivalent, with at least 8 to 10 years of finance and accounting leadership experience
- Strategic and systemic thinker with attention to details
- Team player and able to work well with different stakeholders at all levels
- Possess strong analytical skills and is dynamic, resourceful, self-motivated and able to multi-tasks
